这个问题很有难度，我的理解是这样的(不知是否正确，在此提出供探讨)：
grace period 是通常贷款中说的宽限期，这个概念很好理解。在此期间可以不还本金，但利息是要计的。
heeling period 翻译成中文也叫宽限期，但一般用在应缴纳款项时，缴纳保费时，有个宽限期。这期间一般不计利息，但如果合同里有特别规定的，也有可以计。
